We encourage parents, teachers, students, and administrators to help guide how the PTG uses our funds.
We want to do everything we can to foster unique learning opportunities that improve creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
If you've got an idea that will improve the Moran Prairie community, please let us know by submitting a grant request below!
Grant Application & Approval Process:
The 2024-25 Grant Applications will be voted on at the following four PTG Executive Board Meetings:
- October 3, 2025
- December 5, 2025
- February 6, 2026
- April 3, 2026
Grant applications should be submitted at least one week before these meetings so the Board has time to review.
The goal of the Executive Board is to have a decision to the applicant within three days of the meeting. If for any reason a decision cannot be made, you will receive an email from the Member at Large with follow up questions and then a decision will be made.
Note: if for any reason you are unable to use awarded grant funds at/for Moran Prairie, all funds will be returned or reimbursed to the Moran Prairie PTG.
